You can be assured that having us on-site means preventing a fire which can mean avoiding loss of life, injuries, property damages and minimizing liabilities

Your building needs to be in compliance with fire safety regulations. Even with smoke detectors, you need to make sure your building and its occupants are safe. This is where our trained security staff come in. In the event that the building fire detection system is offline or malfunctioning, we can respond quickly to any incidents.

If your water supply to a sprinkler system is disrupted, having our fire watch guards can protect the property and occupants until service is restored. Our capable staff will always keep a watchful eye if your facility stores materials that are a fire risk.

Our fire watch officers patrol all parts of the property while the system isn’t working correctly, is on test or is powered down. You can be assured that having us on-site means preventing a fire which can mean avoiding loss of life, injuries, property damages and minimizing liabilities.

We understand communication is key

Your building is uniquely structured and may have areas that smoke detectors can’t monitor. This is why we offer security protocols that will be customized to meet your specific needs while still meeting compliance guidelines. Our certified fire watch staff patrols anywhere the smoke detection services can’t reach. We patrol every 30 minutes and will report any signs of a fire to the fire department and emergency services immediately. Our trained staff is qualified in emergency training and can respond quickly in dire circumstances.

We understand that communication is key to ensuring trust and giving high-quality service. Our fire watch service keeps highly detailed logs and reports for every shift to share with your management and the emergency services. You can trust our experienced, professional fire watch officers.

Service above and beyond expectations

Our security staff members are confident that they are doing their jobs effectively and efficiently. They have a good understanding of the responsibility they have to provide a safe environment for everyone, and they take great pride in the work that they do every day.

We provide our staff with the proper training and development they need to be the best at what they do. We also provide these talented individuals with opportunities for growth: opportunities that allow them to explore their interests and further develop their skills.

Additionally, when we invest our time into our employees, it will show up in how they serve you, because satisfied employees are engaged and committed to their work. This is the difference that makes our staff deliver above and beyond expectations.
