Jake Gentry

Jake is the Regional Operations Manager for the Greater Philadelphia Area and brings a strong military leadership background to OPS which stems from 12+ years of service in the United States Marine Corps. He has served closely with both military and paramilitary security providing assistance in multiple efforts both foreign and domestic. He has worked as a liaison with multiple agencies including: Red Cross disaster relief, FEMA, Department of Homeland Security, fleet anti-terrorism security teams, as well as state and local law enforcement.

Jake’s contributions to OPS Security Group help establish sustained operations and staff development. He is responsible for implementing and updating policies and procedures that establish continuity between account managers and their teams. In an industry that faces new challenges that reflect the need for adaptability, Jake’s mentorship and guidance help to keep OPS Security Group innovative within the security industry by putting an emphasis on hospitality, customer service, and client needs.
