James McGinley

Regional Operations Manager

James joined the OPS team in 2017 as a concierge and event officer. In 2018, James was promoted to the role of site supervisor for both a concierge and commercial site which entailed keeping a good rapport with clients, managing the sites schedules and training staff whilst also being tasked with filling roles in special events and close protection. In 2019, James was promoted to a a regional account manager in New Jersey. As regional account manager, James is tasked with maintaining operational integrity of the region. James leads from the front in an effort to keep client relations strong and instill strong company values with his team. James holds weekly meetings with both his staff and clients to make sure that goals and expectations are always met and enforced. James has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University in Philadelphia where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
