
James McGinley

James joined the OPS team in 2017 as a Front Desk Concierge and special event Security Officer. In 2018, James was promoted to the role of On-Site Supervisor for his location, which entailed managing the site’s shift schedules and training staff, whilst also being tasked with filling roles in special events and close protection.
In 2019, James was promoted to Regional Account Manager for New Jersey. As Regional Account Manager, James is tasked with maintaining operational integrity of the region. James leads from the front in an effort to keep client relations strong and instill strong company values with his team. He holds weekly meetings with both his staff and clients to make sure that goals and expectations are always met and enforced.
James has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University in Philadelphia where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
