Matt joined the OPS team in April of 2014 as a front line staff member working concierge and event security positions. In December of 2017, Matt received a promotion to OIC (Officer in Charge) at a residential concierge site. By 2018, Matt was a recipient of the company’s “Mountain Climber Award” for his professional work ethic and swift advancement within the company. In two short years as an OIC Matt frontlined the creation of the Quality Assurance Department here at OPS and was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager.
As the Quality Assurance Manager, Matt focuses on providing a continuous level of quality checks and balances in the field with all OPS staff at client locations, as well as, inner office coordination with various departments to ensure OPS maintains the highest level of quality staff and service. Matt brings 3 years of Marketing experience in professional sports, aligned with 11 years of customer service and security experience working and managing hospitality security, event security, executive protection, and various other security related services. Matt is Six Sigma certified and continuously audits and restructures the quality assurance/control aspects of OPS and redesign of the company’s approach towards quality in the physical security industry.
