Mitch Gyger

President & Co-Founder

Mitch has been involved in the security industry for over a decade and since the company’s inception has served as the Chief Operating Officer at OPS Security Group. He leads the continuous improvement and development of all operational and support divisions as well as the allocation of people and resources.

Mitch has the responsibility of overseeing day-to-day operations of hundreds of employees working across the east coast. He directly works with and manages teams responsible for security services management, operations, business development, marketing, human resources, talent recruitment and development, finance, and quality assurance.

In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations he is actively involved in developing processes improvement solutions as well as departmental strategic plans with results-based, company mission-oriented initiatives. Believing community involvement is paramount in the private security and investigative industries, he routinely seeks buy-in from local municipalities and agencies to establish best practices to further safeguard the clients and employees of OPS Security Group.

Prior to co-founding OPS Security Group, Mitch held various management positions in the private security industry including, Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Operations.
